The food was ok, didn't compare to other places in Paris, nor did the service. I requested, en francais, a croissant for my daughter. The waiter said it was past breakfast and then proceeded to serve them to many other patrons. Service took forever, felt ignored. This is the only place in all of France we felt unwelcomed as Americans.
We booked this restaurant a month in advance for December 31st. Unfortunately, they canceled our reservation just one week before due to a system error.
While we sympathize with the fact that something went wrong in their system, there were three weeks in between to inform us earlier. As a result, we were left scrambling to book a restaurant outside the center of Paris, as everything else was fully booked. To make matters worse, when I emailed them to follow up, I never received a response.
